If you are trying to register for a Faza card, you will need a company code to become a Faza member. Without this unique ID, I mean Company code, you cannot complete your Fazaa Card registration Process or unlock your Silver/Gold membership.

A common misconception is that there is a public “Fazaa Company Code List or PDF” of codes that anyone can use. In reality, these codes are private security keys assigned to specific organizations.

What is the Fazaa Company Code?

Fazaa Company Code is a unique numeric or alphanumeric identifier assigned to a company that is registered under the Fazaa program. The code confirms that you are employed by an eligible government, semi‑government, or approved private entity when you apply for the Fazaa card.

This code serves two purposes:

1. Verification: It verifies you actually work for an eligible entity (Government, Semi-Govt, or Private Partner).
2. Tier Assignment: This system tells Faza whether to issue you a Platinum, Gold, or Silver card.

Warning: Do not attempt to guess the code or use “leaked” codes found on forums. If you register under a company you do not work for, your account may be suspended during the employment verification step (uploading your salary certificate/ID).

3 Ways to Find Your Company Code (Legally) for Fazaa Membership

If you know your company is eligible but you don’t have the code, check these three places before emailing support. You definitely have the code somewhere.

Method 1: Check internal employee portals or email

Most large companies (especially the Government) list the code on their internal employee portal.

1. Log in to your company’s Employee Self Service (ESS) or Intranet.
2. Look for a tab such as “Employee Benefits,” “Privileges,” or “HR Discounts.”
3. The Fazaa code is usually listed alongside Esad and other corporate offers.

Method 2: Check Your “Welcome Kit”

If you recently joined any company in uae, please check your offer letter or onboarding handbook. Hr departments often include the Fazaa code in the “perks & benefits” section of your welcome PDF.

Method 3: Ask your HR department

In UAE government entities, the HR representative is often called a “Happiness Officer.” Send a simple email:

“Hi HR Team, I would like to register for my Fazaa card. Could you please provide our organization’s valid Company Code for the application?”

Method 4: Contact Fazaa support

If your employer is required to be registered, but you have not received the registration.

What If My Company Does Not Have a Code?

If your HR team says, “We are not registered with Fazaa,” don’t worry. You still have options.

1. Request Registration: Your company can apply to become a partner. Registering with Fazaa is a free process for them, which provides all employees with a Silver Card. Ask your PRO to contact Fazaa Business Development. The registration typically requires submitting the following:
   • Company trade license or official documents
   • Number of employees
   • Sector classification (e.g., education, health, construction)
   • HR point of contact
2. Freelancer/Individual: Currently, Faza does not offer individual registration for discount cards without a sponsoring company, unless you are a “Person of Determination” (Hemam), in which case you can apply directly with your Hemam card.

How to Use Fazaa Company Code

Once you have the code from your employer, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Fazaa Official Website or download the Fazaa App.
2. Click the “Register” or “Become a Member” option.
3. Enter the Company Code in the required field.
4. If the code is valid, the system will automatically display your company name.
